Career Progression Pathway

Charter TSA is fully committed to the recruitment and retention of
high quality staff within its Alliance schools.

Through our Career Progression Pathway, our vision is to train new entrants to the profession, support newly qualified teachers to become outstanding practitioners and develop them, alongside existing teachers, to become our inspirational leaders of the future. We recognise the importance of nurturing and retaining talent and have developed a framework for career progression that enables all staff to have access to high quality CPD to provide them with opportunities to support their individual career aspirations.

The Career Progression Pathway below details the programmes and courses available. If you would like more information please don’t hesitate to contact us on 01507 522465 or by email at info@chartertsa.uk.
