Research and Development through Networking Opportunities

Further to discussions with Alliance members and strategic partners, this priority emerged as colleagues sought time to reflect on their current practice within the classroom or school. The specific research and development areas will be decided and driven by an individual or a group of staff to develop and embed a culture of informed, reflective and empowered practice across our Alliance of schools. This will result in an increasing number of teachers and associate staff engaged in improving their own practice to drive school improvement, leading to greater outcomes for the whole school community.
