School-to-School Support
In order to take advantage of our wealth of expertise, there is an opportunity to buy in one of Charter TSA’s highly experienced practitioners, Charter Leaders of Education (CLEs) or Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs), to support the improvement of a department, curriculum focus or student outcomes within your school.
Deploy a Specialist Leader within your school to work with a teacher, middle or senior leader to help develop leadership capacity in colleagues, raise results and improve outcomes for your students.
Charter TSA system leaders and their specialist areas of expertise will be available to view at chartertsa.uk shortly.
Wherever possible, the capacity and expertise of NLEs, LLEs, SLEs and CLEs will be used to deliver School-to-School support.
As a school if you wish to commission support it will be charged at the following rates:
| NLE | £550 per day |
| LLE | £450 per day |
| SLE | £350 per day |
| Senior Leaders | £300 per day |
| CLEs and other staff | £250 per day |
