Support Staff Leader of Excellence Programme

Who is it for?

The Support Staff Leader of Excellence programme is for all support staff who want to develop leadership skills to support their current or future role.

This course caters to both primary and secondary school support staff and is suitable for all categories of support staff including administrators, site teams, lunch-time supervisors and cleaning teams.

What are the benefits?

This programme will provide a dedicated CPD opportunity for those staff that wish to develop their leadership skills.

The focus will be on developing practice within the context of the school setting, increasing self–awareness around leadership styles and their impact on teams. The sessions cover leadership styles, effective communication, motivating/delegating, CPD/appraisal.

The course will provide opportunities to network across the Alliance and share good practice.

Dates, Time and Venue:

This course consists of 2 sessions which will take place as follows:

Session 1 – w/c 06/05/19
Session 2 – w/c 20/05/19

All sessions will take place from 4.15pm to 6pm at Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, Horncastle, LN9 5AD

Price:

£60 per session or 2 twilight credits
*Attendees must attend both sessions
